We are on the phone to provide telephone support. We also have remote support tools to allow a quick resolution of issues by dialing into the clients systems then and there (no waiting for support staff to arrive). Also, visits in person are used to assess and fix problems which cannot be solved remotely.
BCS IT also have various charging methods to allow for the varied circumstances of clients. This includes "contracts", which allow for an amount of time to be used per month without additional charge. Some clients prefer the ad-hoc method and pay only when specific work is carried out. Because BCS IT is so flexible there is always an arrangement that can be made to suit all clients.
